Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICIES • Payment is due at time of booking • Bookings are non-transferable CANCELATION POLICIES • Clients may reschedule up to 12 hours before booking. • Late cancels (less than 12 hours) and No-Shows will forfeit the full price of the original booking. STUDIO POLICIES We strive to maintain a calm, focused environment so all students can connect deeply with their movement. Please follow all studio policies to ensure a safe and comfortable space for all. What to Wear: Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear that allows you to stretch easily. Avoid zippers, bulky buttons, or heavy jewelry that could catch on equipment or mats. Footwear Policy: Pilates is practiced barefoot or in specialized grip socks. Regular shoes must be removed immediately at the studio entrance. Arrival Window: Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to check in, stow your personal belongings, and settle onto your mat. Silent Zone: Keep conversations low and gentle once you enter the movement room. This gives fellow classmates space to meditate or unwind before instruction starts. Device Policy: Cell phones must be placed on silent or do-not-disturb mode. Filming permitted with prior permission granted. Equipment Care: High-quality mats and props are provided. At the conclusion of your class, please use the provided organic, skin-safe sanitizing wipes to wipe down your mat and props before stowing them away. *PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR MINOR CHILDREN IN THE STUDIO AT ALL TIMES*
